He has sourced a number of business opportunities for UKIA representing considerable potential revenue, with a strong active pipeline constantly being developed. He has personally managed relationships for his design and print business for over 15 years with blue-chip global entities such as Amazon, Facebook, Samsung and Nike, to name a few and was an early-adopter of A.I. in his business models. He is also an expert graphic designer and is a leading design and branding consultant. He has a large network of business contacts, a strong track record of exceptional staff management and a reputation for ethics, loyalty and success.

Tristan is an extremely experienced compliance officer, financial consultant and business advisor with advanced expertise in FCA regulation and advisory consulting, but an even greater expertise in FSMA and FPO legal compliance in the world of venture capital and a preference for and focus on EIS promotional protocols and fundraising. He has extensive experience advising IFAs on regulatory compliance in promotional and marketing campaigns and copy and has taken the lead on FCA regulatory internal structure and rollout for brokers in the City and has worked with members of UKIA senior management on a large number of projects for nearly a decade.

After a successful career involving recognition and awards in investment banking with Citibank (the largest bank in the world at the time) and Northern Trust (over $1 Trillion under management), Marcel moved into private capital in senior management positions over 20 years ago and became a market expert in private equity and alternative investments, with expertise in business and market analysis, broking, trading floor management, fundraising and corporate finance. He has experience in FCA regulated environments and FSMA and FPO legal compliance, and has owned and managed businesses in various countries, continents and sectors all while continuing successful fundraising activities. He is experienced in structuring businesses under the EIS scheme and takes the lead in projects.
