Eligibility
The Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA)

The government strictly outlines the criteria for eligibility to invest in FSMA. Participation in these types of investment is strictly restricted to individuals with sufficient wealth or expertise. To become eligible to receive offer documents and investment details a simple but important declaration must be made by the investor which states that they fall into one or other of these categories. This is a quick self-certification which is achieved by completing a short online form. These forms are worded in law and must be replicated exactly. The declarations include short but clear risk warnings which an investor must read through before then reading the exact criteria for eligibility and completing and signing, declaring their risk awareness and that they meet the criteria.
