The UK Investment Agency is a specialist private equity broker (see: "Private Equity"), sourcing government-supported growth vehicles. The government exclusively authorises certain categories of individuals to participate in selected “high risk” private equity opportunities (see: "Risk") which are restricted from the general public by law (see: "Eligibility"). These offers represent potential growth scenarios that can generate very high returns. We expertly source, review, analyse and select these opportunities for eligible investors.

Private equity is not regulated so we are a legitimate investment broker that is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which is an unusual environment for some new investors. However we represent decades of market experience and a "Best Practice" code of conduct which our management team (see: Management Team) have a strong reputation for.

We offer various full-cycle consulting services to different types of company, drawing on our extensive market experience and expertise (see: "Consulting").

The “Enterprise Investment Scheme” (EIS) has been running for 30 years and the government strongly encourages investors to participate with significant cash incentives, tax efficiencies and Loss Protection (see: "EIS").
